Summary

The book offers a thorough overview of all the locations in and around Vienna linked to Sigmund Freud´s life and work. Although this „biographic sketch“ cannot replace more detailed biographies, with its handy format and numerous illustrations it is an excellent city guide for all those interested in Psychoanalysis and its history. It lets us follow Freud´s traces in Vienna and get a vivid impression how many places in Vienna still refer to him.
