Summary
This book can be metaphorically described as a kind of treasure chest for specialists from the fields of the “emotional first aid“. Here you will find a successful combination of theoretical justification and a concrete implementation into practice. Specially burdened parents with an exhausting infant could benefit greatly if this book were recommended to them in support of a difficult time. All other interested people find here a readable and, above all, comprehensible account of the fundamentals of attachment and the inclusion of the body as a prerequisite for a successful relationship between parents and their baby. It is to be hoped that all public libraries, especially universities of applied sciences and universities, will be able to offer this book.
