Summary

Dagmar Härle describes the basics of trauma-based coaching and helps coaches to recognise and address acute trauma and/or its long-term effects as well as criteria to decide when a therapy should be recommended. The book does not only describe the psychological background, but also provides checklists for symptom recognition as well as tools and exercises to be applied in a coaching setting.
