Summary
The individual contributions address current societal problem areas that require media-educational action. Children and young people are looking for their identity, they want appropriate relationships; Young people are looking for a satisfying sexuality, especially when it doesn't conform to the „mainstream“ view. Experts trained in media education are looking for action orientation with regard to youth protection measures, possibilities of internalizing values and norms in children and young people. The publication can be helpful here, or at least offer creative suggestions as to how the educational goals can be achieved with the help of the media.
