Summary
Due to its stringent and clear practical relevance, the book is a good support for pedagogical specialists, but also for students in the social field. Scherwath and Friedrich have succeeded in preparing a very complex topic in a differentiated and understandable way and through the many exercises to expand the scope of action and thus reduce fear of contact.
