Summary
I have rarely been able to recommend a book with such intimacy and emphasis. For people who want to learn about the potencial of nature and walking on counseling contexts, the book is the optimal entry point. Specific prior knowledge of nature and the health implications of walking are not required, but some exposure to coaching, psychotherapeutic counseling, or social work and psychosocial counseling should have already taken place in order to better appreciate the valuable advice "Weber and Istas" provide in their book.
