Summary

This work is a tried and tested practical commentary for use by carers, care authorities and associations and care facilities, but also for judges and judicial officers. With its comprehensible presentation and clear layout, but also with its clear practical orientation and practical materials, the commentary is of great value in the daily practice of the profession, especially for the target groups mentioned. In addition to a good practical introduction to the subject matter, the book provides a good categorisation and an overview of the generally difficult legal subject matter.
