Summary

This book is written in short, stimulating chapters that are easy to understand. Small drawings at the beginning of each chapter humorously illustrate the content that follows. It invites readers to approach the topic of a solution-focused approach. In this respect, it is a small, practical „life guide“, but also a nice short overview for people in counseling and therapeutic professions or those learning these professions, because the basic attitude described is also helpful in counseling conversations: For the latter target group, it can be a stimulus to delve deeper into the topic.
