Summary

The individual contributions in the handbook issue 18, “Post-digital cultures of young people – media pedagogical design and identity spaces” address current social problem areas that require media pedagogical action. A central topic of the publication is the question of how algorithms can control opinion-forming and group-building processes. Methods and approaches of media education and media education are presented. The publication is therefore helpful for educational work and offers creative suggestions on how media educational goals can be achieved with the help of the media.
