Summary
If you see the book as a piece of advice literature, it is a fascinating book overall, in which the author shares her valuable life and coaching experiences as well as empirical findings with the reader. Then you can also ignore the fact that in many parts it is not scientifically proven and the argumentation not stringently structured.
