Summary

This small book provides an introduction to communication techniques. The author uses many examples to illustrate how populists can be influenced. However, he leaves out the actual target group, the extreme populists, because, in his view, they cannot be influenced. But this is precisely where one would have expected suggestions. Apart from that the guide invites you to try it out in conversations that deal with political and social issues.
