Summary

Gareth Morgan's “Images of Organization” is an inspiring and incredibly well-founded work that shows that talking about organizations does not have to be “dry” and boring. Organizations are complex - and metaphor is a vehicle for doing justice to this complexity. The book shows how this can be achieved.
