Summary

"The Vulnerable Society" by Frauke Rostalski is an entertaining work that can be a little theoretical and dry to read in places, but is certainly relevant. Rostalski's comments on the new vulnerability are worth reading and considering, not only against the backdrop of any possible reappraisal of the coronavirus crisis, in debates about the climate or conflicts between gender and sex, but also in view of the mobilisation for military capability and war that is currently emerging in Germany and Europe, and provide important perspectives on a factual basis.
