Summary

People in couple relationships know this, and not just them: Things don't go as hoped. This leads to resentment. And then it turns into a really complicated and annoying situation. You're caught in the communication trap and can't get out. And yet you have only and quite rightly addressed the grievance, nothing else. Ok, maybe there was a little reproach in there too.

In their book "Ich höre was, das du nicht sagst" (I hear something you don't say), Susann Pásztor and Klaus-Dieter Gens show in a varied and entertaining way that and how things could have been different with non-violent communication. A thoroughly recommendable read.
